Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, and IT roles (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Closing).
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and networking outreach, to build robust talent pipelines.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Represent the company at local Denver tech meetups and industry events to enhance employer branding.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, preferably within the software or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume, high-complexity technical positions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Deep understanding of the Denver tech market and network of technical professionals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
