Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other channels to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market feedback.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry for success in a commission-based environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating technology, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team setting.
- Background: No prior recruitment experience is required; we provide full training.
