Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies using Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Schedule and conduct technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build a robust pipeline of software engineers, developers, and IT professionals.
- Collaborate with department heads to define talent requirements and culture fit.
- Track key metrics and provide weekly status updates on hiring goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and tech stacks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
