Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media networking (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), to identify passive talent.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job specifications.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews.
- Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
