As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with engineering and product teams.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for open requisitions.
- Assist in the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Post new job openings and optimize job descriptions for SEO.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR field.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Experience with Denver's tech community is a plus.
