Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT support.
- Manage the Night Shift candidate pipeline to ensure 24/7 coverage and rapid response times.
- Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks to identify passive candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to qualify candidates.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Closing: Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and secure offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical terms and roles (Java, Python, AWS, SQL, etc.).
- ATS Proficiency: Strong experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chrome extensions.
