Role Overview
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting, from identifying talent to closing offers. You will play a critical role in shaping our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, QA, and IT positions.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Conduct technical phone screens and behavioral interviews.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of placing IT/Software candidates.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
