Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks to identify and engage qualified technical candidates (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Job Posting: Create and post engaging job descriptions on multiple job boards, career sites, and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job specs to attract the right talent.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR is preferred. Candidates with technical background knowledge are highly valued.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who can work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
