Responsibilities
- Sourcing Excellence: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the full interview process, scheduling meetings and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates seamlessly.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and compensation benchmarks to offer competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack) and IT infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA.
