Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques and strategic partnerships
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows and analytics
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future technical roles
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Enhance candidate experience through personalized communication and timely feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in Silicon Valley
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineering, data science, DevOps)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
