Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to identify passive candidates in Denver and across the US.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for immediate openings.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and technical staff to understand specific requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Closing & Offer Management: Negotiate offers, manage the offer-to-hire timeline, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular market feedback and insights on salary trends and candidate availability in the Denver tech market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the IT, Engineering, or Software sectors.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong Boolean search skills are mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and clients at all levels.
- Drive: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Denver, CO (or hybrid schedule as applicable).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
