Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in a highly competitive market.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently, maintaining accurate candidate data and reporting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software and SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions and meeting aggressive quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Silicon Valley tech landscape, salary benchmarks, and candidate motivations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and sourcing tools.
