Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) and networking strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies to meet departmental hiring goals.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets and exceeding expectations.
