Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings to identify and engage passive candidates on LinkedIn and niche tech boards.
- Manage the complete candidate lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Cost-per-Hire) to optimize hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a robust talent network to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for future roles.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within the IT/Software industry.
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill positions and negotiating competitive compensation packages.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets (e.g., React, Python, AWS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
