Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify and engage top-tier technical talent in Nashville, TN, and remote locations.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates through the offer process and negotiate compensation packages to secure top talent.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices in the Tech sector.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR field.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
