Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and social media (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates in the Denver tech market.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective talent pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and maintain candidate data integrity.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a Direct Hire or Staffing capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully placing hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Deep understanding of the Denver and Colorado tech landscape.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
