Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure immediate coverage for incoming hiring needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, translating business needs into successful recruitment strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks and salary negotiation strategies.
- Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates through the offer process and ensure a seamless transition to the onboarding phase.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS).
- ATS Proficiency: Expert level experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
