Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Optimize job postings and company career pages for search engines (SEO) to increase organic applicant volume and improve ranking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective, data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to identify trends and improve conversion rates.
- Attend virtual networking events and job fairs to build a strong, passive talent pool.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or a related HR role.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to job descriptions and digital content.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools (Huntr, Discoverly).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work part-time (20-25 hours/week) with high reliability, self-motivation, and autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience with HTML or web content management systems is a plus.
