Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the entire recruitment lifecycle, from market mapping and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing top-tier candidates.
- Urgent Hiring Initiatives: Manage high-volume requisitions and prioritize immediate placement needs for critical open positions within our client base.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social recruiting (LinkedIn Recruiter), and networking, to identify passive talent in the San Diego tech market.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job specs, and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing, preferably within the San Diego market.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- ATS Proficiency: Highly proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Drive: Self-starter mentality with a hunger for sales and closing deals. Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in San Diego, CA.
