Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess fit.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and presenting qualified candidates.
- Negotiating offers and closing candidates to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
