Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for open technical roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
