About the Role:
You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen candidates, conduct technical interviews, and assess cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and success criteria.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Specialist.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
