Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates for complex technical roles.
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition review and candidate screening to negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the Austin tech market.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within the Austin, TX market.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and familiarity with technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while hitting aggressive monthly/quarterly targets.
