What You Will Do:
- Own the full lifecycle of technical recruiting, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Execute local and national sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of software engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Cultivate relationships with passive candidates and industry leaders in the Washington tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and optimize recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for software engineering and data roles.
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for direct hire positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure role alignment and timely hiring.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive in the Seattle tech market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably in the Seattle/Washington area.
- Proven success in direct hire placements within the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel for in-person interviews.
