Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps Engineers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean search techniques, and professional networking to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and talent requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content.
- Track recruitment metrics and pipeline metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully placing hard-to-fill technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and various tech stacks (Java, Python, React, AWS).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or JazzHR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
