As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and building relationships with top-tier talent in the local Memphis market and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical and operational roles within the Memphis market.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to enhance our local brand presence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to meet hiring goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Local presence in Memphis, TN preferred.
