Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews for junior developers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and performance issues in existing systems, implementing improvements to ensure 99.9% uptime and speed.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor team members, conduct technical training, and establish best practices for software development and deployment.
- API Integration: Design and document RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on delivering robust solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
