Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Provide efficient, empathetic, and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software problems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues, account access problems, and application errors.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions, issues resolved, and actions taken in the CRM system.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or helpdesk roles.
