Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and end-user devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute scheduled system patches, updates, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Monitor system health and respond to critical alerts in real-time to prevent downtime.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance logs accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the support team during peak times to ensure seamless operations across all departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday or Friday/Saturday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (TeamViewer, RDP, VPN) and helpdesk software (ServiceNow, Jira).
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess strong problem-solving skills.
