Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Build and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web application performance, ensuring fast load times and optimal user engagement.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work effectively in an Agile environment, participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and implement robust solutions for cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React.js preferred).
- Tools: Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
