Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during night operations.
- Provide top-tier customer support to clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Perform routine maintenance and security updates on company servers.
- Assist in training junior staff members during handover periods.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
