Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead technical sprint planning and backlog grooming

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Java
