Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists) through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment: resume review, phone screens, and coordinating in-person and virtual interviews.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent and competitive compensation trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (Part-time experience considered).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and social recruiting tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
