Responsibilities
- Conduct daily sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Screen resumes to identify qualified technical candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and applicants.
- Update candidate status and data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or HR.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with the Washington, DC tech market is a plus.
