Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and experience.
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
- Build a talent network through LinkedIn and professional networking events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Market open positions to attract passive talent.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major ATS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
