Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including cold calling, networking, and interviewing.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and coordinate in-person or video interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong understanding of the technical recruitment landscape and software development life cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
