Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on compensation trends and candidate availability.
- Post job descriptions on various job boards and optimize listings for maximum visibility.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and closing candidates.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of the Minneapolis tech market and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
