Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on compensation trends and candidate availability.
  • Post job descriptions on various job boards and optimize listings for maximum visibility.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and closing candidates.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Minneapolis tech market and technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
