Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top candidates. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and filling critical technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify top talent pools within the technology sector.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for direct-hire positions.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
