Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens and resume reviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview loops between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, update job postings, and maintain accurate records.
- Outreach: Execute targeted outreach campaigns to build long-term relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Market Intelligence: Research market trends in Milwaukee and the broader US tech landscape to advise hiring managers on compensation and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or HR, preferably in the direct-hire model.
- Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and technical job functions (Software Engineering, Data Science, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
