Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings to identify and screen high-quality candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and market trends.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and debrief technical interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools in the Charlotte and Raleigh tech markets.
- Offer Negotiation: Lead the offer process, negotiating compensation packages to secure top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage candidates and clients.
- Drive: Highly motivated, self-starter with a hunger for success and hitting targets.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Charlotte, North Carolina.
