- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job descriptions.
- Source passive candidates through social media, networking, and industry events.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of the technical hiring landscape and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend availability.
