Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates in the NC market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (minimum 2 years).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the Charlotte, NC job market and technical talent pool.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
