Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage and optimize the company's SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and pipeline metrics.
- Create engaging content for social media channels and the company blog to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze web analytics and recruitment data to adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or SEO marketing (1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
