As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, helping us identify, attract, and hire top-tier engineering and technical talent. This is an entry-level position perfect for recent graduates or career changers eager to break into HR.
Responsibilities
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and job boards to source potential candidates for open technical positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service (internships considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
