Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the interview process end-to-end, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to travel for in-person networking events and recruiting fairs.
