Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates for Full-Time roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and technical requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Closing & Offer: Negotiate offers, coordinate background checks, and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on salary trends and market conditions in the Jacksonville, FL area to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology or staffing sector.
- ATS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Locality: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Jacksonville, FL.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
