Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Update and maintain customer account information in our database.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions according to company policy.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
