- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay Updated: Learn and adapt to new company policies, products, and software tools quickly.
- Support Sales Goals: Assist in identifying upselling opportunities to help the team meet monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; associate degrees or college experience are a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We teach you everything you need to know!
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software rapidly.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
