Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat messages professionally and efficiently to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Process Orders: Accurately enter and process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure delivery confirmation.
- Resolve Complaints: Listen actively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain Records: Update customer information and order details in our CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required; we train all new hires.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and customer-first mindset.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
