Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately input and update customer data into our CRM system.
- Communicate product features and services to clients to drive sales and retention.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
